Cannot seem to start a mission from garment factory.

So I am able to do all the setups, but when I launch a finale, I seem to be hung up looking at the outside of the garment factory.. I assume I am hung up just before a cutscene would begin. I have messed with stats and noticed the other issue and tried the HACKER_GEN_BS.. No luck there, all that seems to do is set which preps have been completed. I have set HACKER24_GEN_BS to 0 even and redid the preps manually, still no luck.

Also if it helps, I also dont seem to have Jodi's contact, and when I went to the music locker, her contact is there but there is no promt to give me the number.

I assume this is because I ran the script before buying the factory. I wonder if there is a flow stat somewhere for this.

Not sure what I did to change things but when I tried to launch the mission from an invite only lobby, it worked.. Very odd, sorry about all of that.
