Add language selection menu in User settings

I can't select between languages that are displayed and ones that are hidden

Please add a section in the user settings page which allows people to select and deselect post/comment language which is displayed and isn't

This thing:

Just don't make it weird like Lemmy-Devs do, just a basic list of displayed languages with checkboxes. If there isn't enough room it could be in its own tab.

Should probably also apply to the community settings tab since as of currently it's impossible to configure allowed languages there either in Photon.
