There's no way to "unblock all instances" after whitelisting by accident.

Describe the bug
You have to hit the button 600 times to unblock every instance.

To Reproduce (if applicable)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Whitelist an instance
2. Every other instance is blocked
3. There's no "unblock all"
4. That's the bug

Expected behavior
If a first-time admin white lists an instance by accident, they shouldn't be forced to manually click every single instance to unblock them.
