Enhancement suggestions for List view when articles are posted

When an article is posted in List view there are a couple of things that could maybe be slightly different.

Enhancement 1: when an article has a description we see the title under the description. Maybe change that and have first the title and then the description? Like in Cozy view.

Enhancement 2: when an article doesn't have a description, more often than not, we see the title two times. I think seeing it once is enough.

For #2: the title will automatically disappear if the embed title and the post title are identical
