Describe the bug
Imagine going from a community A to a community B. While being in community B I want to post something, it will be posted to community A. This happens sometimes, not always. While preparing the post, the field "Community" that should contain the name of the community one is navigating (in our case B), it sometimes shows the one visited previously (in our case A)

To Reproduce (if applicable)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Select a community you are subscribed (from the sidebar) and scroll down a bit, and then scroll up
  2. Select another community you are subscribed (from the sidebar) and click on the top right button "+ Create"
  3. Form the dropdown menu click on "Post"
  4. See the "Community" field

Expected behavior
Since the "Community field" is automatically populated (which is great!) I would expect to see the community I am currently in.
