I have tried your launcher, and I believe it's a promising concept. Here are some suggestions for improvement to make it the ultimate launcher:

Reduce the time it takes to load the homescreen after exiting a game.
Enable swiping of titles on the main screen with the fingers.
Implement measures to prevent accidental game launches when pressing up on the joystick.
Ensure that the screen powers off when not in use.
Integrate additional translated languages such as Spanish; I believe AI could handle this task effectively.
