Cant find the brolib_X64.dll

Hi

I have used your component and it works fine local. Im using it in a WCF call on the webserver. When its executed on the server then it cant find the brolib_X64.dll and i have both copy it to the bin folder and I can also see when i debug the current path are c:\windows\system32\intsrv so I have also put them there but it still cant find them,

What can I do ? Can I specify the path somewhere
