Mob drowning is not implemented properly #446

Due to the fact that mobs eventually seem to drown in water they also drop their loot when doing so. Over time this floods the bottom with items. This enables a cheaty type of gameplay where players only need to trawl sea bottoms to acquire resources.

I propose that drowned mobs should not drop loot.

In MC, mobs usually float/jump a ton in water. You have to pour a bunch of water to drown them. Is that not the case in MCL2?

Most mobs actually swim on water.
The issue is that they take damage immediately when they touch water, that's why they die so frequently.

They don't have an air attribute like players do.

What is needed is a proper implementation of drowning for mobs.
