与yytext 框架中的kvo监听冲突, 导致会出现kvo remove 时崩溃

不启用kvo监听. 就不会崩溃, 不然那个keyboardManage就会崩溃.. 多次删除kvo的崩溃

颗粒度太粗了，每种异常应该自由组合，可以指定开启某些异常监听，
