uisettings command does not work

When using LCAPI, the uisettings command and its related parameters don't seem to work.

To reproduce:

1. Set up WWT in the default state
2. Paste this command into a browser:
   http://localhost:5050/layerApi.aspx?cmd=uisettings&SolarSystemOrbits=False

Expected behavior: the planet orbit lines should disappear
Actual behavior: the planet orbit lines do not disappear

I've tried a variety of the commands, as well as substituting false for False, tried "off", etc. The other LCAPI commands like mode, lookout, flyto, etc. work fine.
