Explore: Integrate with WordPress Command Center

The new Command Center could be very useful when available via Blueprints. I'm thinking of features like:

• Allow adding posts and pages with custom titles from the command menu gutenberg#49893

I imagine a Blueprint step like:

{ "steps": [ 
   { "step": "command", "command": "core/wp-admin/add-post-search", "title": "My new post" }
] }

Which would automatically trigger the correct command without ever reimplementing it in this project.
