There does not appear to be any formating options for the main default headline of a document (e.g. Bold, italics), please make the headline formatable like the subheads.

Let's consolidate this request to #4482. It is in the To Do in Customization project which that means it will be looked at after Gutenberg has been merged into WordPress core.
