Describe the bug
Post Locking does not work when in Gutenberg mode.
(This is a bug in WordCamp.org.)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'The posts listing'
  2. Post Locking does not work even if someone is editing the post.

Expected behavior
Post Locking works.

I confirmed that "Shinichi Nishikawa" is editing the post this screen.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: [mac OS Sierra 10.12.6]
  • Browser [chrome]
  • Version [67.0.3396.99]
