Search field for link target shall be prefilled with selected text

Reproduction

1. Highlight plain text (not a link yet)!
2. Trigger the "Link" command via button or shortcut ⌘ K
3. The search box for finding a link target opens, and it is in this state:
   • Actual: The search box is empty regardless whether text was selected or not.
   • Expected: The search box shall be prefilled with the selected text.
     • As this will help me to find my intended target quickly in most cases.
     • Maybe add/remove a few words/characters.
     • But certainly better than starting blank and type everything all manually.

• Try to avoid: Navigation Block overwrites link text on selection from search #27738
  • That bug is different, as it occurred when link text was selected. But I thought I better mention it, to better test/QA that too. Maybe they have some functional overlap in the code.
