Enter KPI value:
Primary Actor: Economist
Steps:

• Select the KPI from all KPIs assigned to my Circle
• Enter the value and date the value belonging to it
• Save the KPI
  → During save, KPI value is checked against validation rule if applicable

Edit KPI value:
Primary Actor: Economist
Steps:

• Select KPI from all KPIs assigend to my Crlce, I want to edit
• Select entry I want to edit (from a list of last xx entries)
• Edit the value and/or value date
• Save the KPI
  → During save, KPI value is checked against validation rule if applicable

Delete KPI value:
Primary Actor: Economist
Steps:

• Select KPI I want to delete
• Select entry I want to delete (from a list of last xx entries)
• Delete the entry
• Save
