Multiple questions to address:

Do we have one-off costs of doing an activity that are considered each time the action is performed?
Do we have accumulated costs that increase as the action is performed more?
Do accumulated costs have a "release valve" that allows the agent to reduce that cost through a rest or similar activity?
- If this is the case, what is the amount reduced/incremented for each primitive?
Are there multiple types of "ergo bins?" If so, what are they?
