There is a bug in the linflex uart device implementation that results in copy/pasting into the console to not work. Fix this bug.

It is likely due to internal fifo not being implemented in the linflex device.

Since commit e99441a ("ui/curses: Do not use console_select()")
qemu_text_console_put_keysym() no longer checks for NULL console
argument, which leads to a later crash:

When SET_STREAM_FORMAT is called, we should clear the existing setup.

Factor out common function to close a stream.
