several builtin types in golang SDK have Equal methods defined. The DeepEqual generated method should reuse them in code generation.

This PR has two steps.
First, it fixes the original tests.
Second, it adds the Equal recognition in case a type has one. If so the Equal method will be called in the generated code. You can find such methods in SDK types like Regexp or Time.
