MyFit 3.0.0-alpha

I now feel confident enough to make public the current project on v3, it is still not production ready and this release is just for testing and documentation purposes

Upgrade Steps

• None, v2 migration is not yet ready

New Features

• Separate mesocycle split, allowing editing during a mesocycle independently
• Much more refined UI using shadcn-svelte
• Implemented drag and drop using svelte-dnd-action

Performance Improvements

• Using Prisma with CockroachDB, hopefully better performing than MongoDB as we scale
• Using pagination for much less total server-client communication while still maintaining usability. Thanks to svelte-infinite

TBD for production-ready release

• Migration
• Progressive overload algorithm
• Soreness Workload, and Pump JointPain ratings (was thinking not to do these, but maybe they have their place)
