Form controls disabled

Hi. I downloaded your released binary but it doesn't seem to work on Windows 10. The program opens a window with the form where I should be able to select an input device and buffer size but the input device combobox is disabled so I can't choose any device. No default device is selected either. The "Start Buffering" button is disabled too.

I checked out the code and built it myself (using .net 4.8 as I don't have 4.5 apparently) and I observed the same behavior. I attached the debugger and confirmed that NAudio can successfully list my microphone and the list of devices is initialized. However, the form shows up with the devices comobox disabled and the "Start Buffering" button disabled.

Help?
