witness vs agent oobis

Hello guys, I am trying to generate and resolve witness oobis. Hence, I first made some changes to "challenge.test.ts" by replacing "agent" with "witness" at lines 90 and 91. It seems that the program gets stuck at line 109. Not sure if I missed any necessary actions to take after changing to witness oobi. Is there any suggestion? Thank you.
