"Delete Activity" does not shows in activity feed.

When something is deleted, the activity does not show up on the activity feed. Looking at the code, this does not seem to be intentional? Also, maybe more important, the references and links of the deleted item are being removed from all previous activities.

Fresh install, newest WordPress. (And first time install of plugin)
Default theme, no others installed.
No other plugins enabled or installed.

The above image shows a list of activities. The activities where a blank is shown after the " : " are assoicated with projects, tasks, or task lists that have been removed.
