This version:

1. Revises the scenes, so that

• Scene 1 is now a comprehensive scene with 4 tabs that simultaneously display T1w and T2w volumes (with surface contours overlaid), the myelin map, and a rendering of the midthickness surface.
• Scene 2 contains two tabs focusing on two different measures of surface registration distortion and two tabs focusing on the distortion of the FNIRT volume registration, with one of those tabs being a mapping of that volume registration onto the surface. (This is an experimental feature that will hopefully make it easier to quickly locate regions with high FNIRT distortion).
• Scene 3 (montage of slices of FNIRT volume distortion) now includes a layer that allows visualization of the subject's T1w volume transformed into MNI152 space using only an affine (linear) transform.
• Scene 4 (using native space volumes and surface meshes) is updated to match the layout of the revised Scene 1.

2. The GenerateStructuralScenes.sh script is more sophisticated, including:

• Generation of some new files needed by the new scenes.
• Automatic determination of the appropriate relative path to files, so that the scene files can be populated with relative (rather than absolute) paths. This should make it easier for the scenes to remain valid in the face of root-level file system changes.
