Your mod version is:
Guardians of azeroth, date 2021 08 pressumly latest
What expansions do you have installed?
Monks And mystics, Way of life, Sons of abraham, The old gods, and The republic. Also Ruler designer+ Eu4 converter and some misc estetic stuff
Are you using any submods/mods? If so, which?
darkmoon faire + music mod
Please explain your issue in as much detail as possible:
Same leader of alliance and horde.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
First thought alliance leader was elected but seems like she simply formed the horde after it disbanded, sorry for alarmist tag idk how to revert it

I do not find this a critical issue, just a pecular circumstance that could be good to know

Nah, otherwise there would be a period without a ruler.
