I recently saw Yshaarj infused Garrosh again and thought it would be a cool mechanic to add that into the game, it could give you a trait like the thunderking has, and make destroy the heart in the process

I recently saw Yshaarj infused Garrosh again and thought it would be a cool mechanic to add that into the game, it could give you a trait like the thunderking has, and make destroy the heart in the process

We have the Heart in-game as an artifact and the one who uses it is implied to be infused.
