Try to upgrade form TYPO3 V9 to V12 and have this error
/var/www/html/vendor/wapplersystems/core-upgrader/Classes/Updates/v76/WorkspacesNotificationSettingsUpdate.php, line 75: Call to undefined method TYPO3\\CMS\\v76\\Install\\Updates\\WorkspacesNotificationSettingsUpdate::getDatabaseConnection()
this happen because getDatabaseConnection() method doesn't exist anymore.
This error happened only if extension "typo3/cms-workspaces" is installed but may be it could happened elsewhere.
