Add owner dialog after refresh if needed

Add a dialog that asks the owner of the drives that are not recognized in the TARALLO or if their owner is not set.
Also if the drive does not exist in the TARALLO, ask the user if he wants to inventory it before performing queued operations.

if standard procedure: in the dialog that asks "do you want to upload?", ask for the owner too.
elif from the right click menu: show a new dialog that asks for the owner
else: ...there's no other way to call for "upload to tarallo", but I guess using the new dialog created for the right click menu is ok
