Peter Winstanley suggested the development of an OWL file for the HCLS dataset description guideline.

he says "It would be useful to have something that I can work with in Protégé/TopBraid. It would also be reassuring to double-check all the inferences so that I could confirm that the aggregated set of properties and classes in the current model were consistent. In addition it would provide a useful route to the development of additional modular ontologies if I could import the HCLS Dataset model as a single file."
