Can this.$refs.camera.capture() capture the entire video instead of just a photo? #83

@grumpykendal0622 I think it can, maybe using https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/HTMLMediaElement/captureStream

we can introduce a new method to capture a stream
