Version on https://cdnjs.com/libraries/twitter-bootstrap-wizard is not up-to-date. Does anyone know how to update? This is quite a popular CDN and version there should not be outdated, right?

@Wintermute79 i have no idea how it got there, i don't recall publishing it to any CDN.
