IE8 - Page won't scroll unless all img tags are commented out/removed #27

Script loads fine in all browsers, but in IE8 the page won't scroll unless all the img tags have been commtented out.

All the code validates properly, and I can have some images showing, but it usually fails when the img tag on line 188 is visible.
