  • Add the subfolders to the configuration GUI for data variables URGENT
  • Decide whether to consistently call variable data variables or file variables
  • Clean up the RoiGroup / RoiArray file adapters (plan is to make RoiArray an internal file adapter)
  • Come up with a system to manage trials/epochs
