VBR PDF Export not working on 2.0.0.526 and newer

Describe the bug
When I launch vHC on a server running both VBR and VB365, I am able to export PDFs for both VB365 and VBR when using 2.0.0.499. On 2.0.0.526 and newer, the PDF exports for VB365, but the PDF generation seems to hang for VBR generation after the HTML file generates. vHC seems to be doing something as I see CPU usage, but it sits forever. 499 generates in only a few minutes. Newer releases have sat for 24 hours with no PDF generated.

Expected behavior
A VBR PDF report should generate and the application should close.
