Describe the bug

Backup Jobs are not disabled before the Upgrade Starts, resulting in a Failed Upgrade "Error] Some jobs are still running. Please stop and disable all jobs, then try again."

To Reproduce

Used this Sample Playbook https://github.com/VeeamHub/veeam-ansible/tree/master/roles/veeam_vas#veeam-backup--replication-upgrade---native-auth-v121

Expected behavior

Disable Backup Jobs and Enable them after Upgrade.
