Describe the issue

Torches no longer work reasonably, instead they act more like buggy lanterns.

How to reproduce

Put the burning torch in your belt or storage, whatever and watch it keep burning
Dropping it doesn´t put it out at all?
Possibly rain acting on it to put it out doesnt work either?
