Fail if there are emoji chars in any YAML file #267

Environment

Extension version: 0.5.2
OS Type: Linux

Summary

If a YAML file contains emoji, it's completely broken.

Reproduce steps

Just write a file like this and save:

Extension is failing: yes
Reason: 🖖 hello

Expected Results

Valid YAML.

Actual Results

Are you still having this issue? I tested on both a role's tasks and defaults files and it's not complaining.
