In the official documentation, "allowedDeviationXY" is used within the nodePosition (Page 23), whereas in this repository (https://github.com/VDA5050/vd-m-a-5050/blob/5.0.0/order.schema#L120) "allowedDeviationXy" is used.

Either Way is fine for me. But it should be the same in the documentation and in the schemas.
