save the append download list to start day later, and pause download too.

seconding this. when downloading lots of games at once, the console will sometimes disconnect from wifi entirely (not just in NUSspli, nothing can connect), and i need to reboot to fix it. so being able to save the queue and resume it after a restart would be great.
