Hi, I was referred to your repo in this discussion https://twitter.com/egonwillighagen/status/1562816011925344256. I would like to reuse the code in this repository but it's not packaged not set up for code reuse. Would you accept a large PR that reorganizes the code to enable this?

Hi @cthoyt, unfortunately my colleague is out of office today so there won't be a final response at least until Monday. However, as we strongly encourage open science, I don't think there will be an issue for us if you proceed with the PR. If you have any questions or if I can assist you, please don't hesitate to ask :)

Hi @cthoyt, I had time to discuss with my colleague @J535D165 today and we would be very happy if you proceed with a PR. In that regard, we also wanted to mention that there is a template repository available, but currently is a bit out-of-date: https://github.com/UtrechtUniversity/SWORDS-template
As you can see, there is an ongoing PR at the moment where further variables are collected. This is part of my master thesis work which you might also be interested in, which contains further analysis and data labelled by repository type and faculty of the corresponding researcher for our university.
If you would like, we would also be very happy to have a meeting with you to discuss and exchange some ideas. You can reach out to me via mail.
