WSL: sysctl: cannot stat /proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/all/disable_ipv6: No such file or directory

When installing inside WSL ubuntu 22.04 I got:

Checking if Utappia Repository exists in your system
Temporarily disabling IPv6

sysctl: cannot stat /proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/all/disable_ipv6: No such file or directory
dpkg: error processing package ucaresystem-core (--configure):
 installed ucaresystem-core package post-installation script subprocess returned error exit status 255
Errors were encountered while processing:
 ucaresystem-core
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

The above error doesn't prevent uCareSystem Installation. You can continue using it but untill a workaround for WSL is found, you can ignore it
