Soft update of existing apps

Currently, ss_uploadappdir calls ss_deleteapp if the app already exists. For simple applications this is not a problem, but for anything that keeps records or depends on settings that have been tweaked "by hand" after the previous update, this involves loss of data.

An alternative would be unpacking the new version to a temp dir, and then rsyncing into the app directory.
