The "Edit a font glyph rectangle" container scrolls when using the arrow keys.

Describe the bug

It's possible to move a selected glyph rectangle using the arrow keys.
But, when the texture is scrollable, it also moves the texture with the rectangle.
Same with the resizing (arrow key with held Shift).

Reproducing steps

1. Open any font.
2. Select any glyph.
3. Click "Edit a selected glyph rectangle".
4. Make sure that the texture is scrollable (zoom in if it's not).
5. Try to use the arrow keys.
