Shuffle and short a numbers

HTML page displaying the shuffle and short numbers. That have the following features.

Click the shuffle button to randomly rearrange the order of the cards
Click the sort button to place the cards in ascending order (1 – 9)
Responsive design Desktop - 960px and Mobile - 375px
