[Frontend] Create Individual Project View

Current behavior:
None

Expected behavior:

• A new view for Project is required which will showcase details of the individual project like developers, no of installs, description etc.
• Project uses Create React App for React and Material-UI to produce the frontend.
• The design will be based on the mockup shown below which was chosen from Design/Wireframes needed in order to build UI #5 - https://projects.invisionapp.com/boards/B83LXHAGZSV
• Below is just the mobile view, the actual code should be responsive to support desktop as well.

Hey @anu-007, we trying to place reusable components in place, as you can see in other discussions. Once they are there, it'll we easier to pick them up and start building the full page layouts. So keep an there...and yes since this is an open issue I am assigning this to you.
