[Frontend] Create User View

Current behavior:
None

Expected behavior:

• A new front end for User which will contain all the information regarding the user.
• Project uses Create React App for React and Material-UI to produce the frontend.
• The design will be based on the mockup shown below which was chosen from Design/Wireframes needed in order to build UI #5 - https://projects.invisionapp.com/boards/B83LXHAGZSV
• Below is just the mobile view, the actual code should be responsive to support desktop as well.

@realslimshanky I would like to first create the components that would be used throughout the app. This would help other developers to quickly add other layouts too
