Current behavior:
DESIGN_GUIDELINES.md, CONTRIBUTING.md and CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md are currently placed inside .github folder which is only for the Github Template.

Expected behavior:
Create a separate folder named similar to Guidelines and move the DESIGN_GUIDELINES.md, CONTRIBUTING.md and CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md to this folder.

Steps to reproduce:
Just look into .github folder.

@realslimshanky Please check my existing PR that updates that file. Relocating the file before handling that PR may cause merge conflict 😕
