Menu option not showing in mobile screen which would show menu off canvas UI #40

I observed the following:

Desktop:

Mobile:

I don't see a menu which needs to be created in the Just Notes toolbar. I can work on this issue.

I guess for this screen by showing the menu button in mobile screen, the left panel can be displayed on click of the menu button. This has to be done for screens less than 992px.
