Overview

The highest resolution grid benchmarked by our current benchmarks is a 120km MPAS Ocean Grid. To get a better idea of UXarray's performance at scale, benchmarks should be written using these grids. Additionally, testing across large numbers of timesteps and other dimensions would be good for analysis operators.

The data mentioned above is available on NCAR HPC systems. We should write a benchmark suite that can be executed on NCAR HPC systems.
