Feature Description
create permissions for current teacher, parent, and admin accounts

Requirements

• admin must be able to have permission to edit, delete, and modify relationships of teacher, parent, and student accounts
• teacher accounts must have permission to view student info (except address and other sensitive personal info) and edit certain details
• parents should be able to solely edit their children but cannot delete
  Additional context
  *sensitive info that should be restricted should include address, gender, etc. (if you have questions on what items might be sensitive refer to Rae through project Liason)
