Overview

As a user, I should be able to see copyright information and Nebula Labs information in a site-wide footer.

Proposal

This footer would allow people to view important Nebula and UTD links.

Relevant components need to be added to represent the footer and the links within it.

Supplementary Information

The footer should look like this:
